What is Vinyasa yoga?

Build endurance and flexibility using vinyasa yoga to help you find your hidden inner strength and mental endurance necessary to accomplish your goals.

What is Ashtanga yoga?

Faster paced, ashtanga yoga sometimes is called "power yoga". It requires a higher level of stamina, but since our classes are small modifications for beginners can be made easily.

Appropriate for ALL levels.

    Right now we offer:
  • Vinyasa Yoga (Flow yoga) and Ashtanga Yoga (Power yoga)
  • Tweens and Teens Class (ages 10-17)
  • Adult Classes
  • All classes are $90 per six week session
  • You can save $30 by signing up for two classes a week for $150!  That's like getting two classes free!
  • FREE yoga class once a month in the park--call for details.

SCHEDULE effective May 26th thru August
Ashtanga Yoga : Monday, Wednesday, Friday 9:45 am
Vinyasa Yoga : Saturday 9 am
